One week to go.
One week until Summer vacation begins.
As teachers, my husband and I aren't necessarily "working for the weekend", but we sure as hell are working for the Summer.
Two years ago, we packed our three year old twin boys, Mason and Christopher into our Odyssey Minivan with little Bennet, then 10 months.
It was a wonderful and unexpected adventure that took us almost 4,000 miles in just 16 days. We left the Milwaukee area and ventured to Scottsdale, AZ stopping in Omaha, Avon, Vegas, Albuquerque, and Kansas City along the way.

This Summer, we are taking to the road again. 2017 takes us to Florida, one of the few states I have never seen. Along the way we will have a half-way point in Nashville for 4th of July festivities. Once we arrive in Florida we plan to spend three days at a resort in Kissimmee which offered us one of those "travel deals" if we listen to their presentation for 90 minutes. Then, off to Disney World for 13 days. My kids are going to lose their damn minds.
Well, and me...yeah...definitely me. Kids will be pushed out of my way to get to Stitch.
